About Us
Dave’s Pretty Good Firehouse Salsa was started by Dave and Amanda Marino. Dave works as a Firefighter/Paramedic with over 20 years of experience. While working his 48 hour shifts he and his crew realized a need for quick, healthy, filling food that they could eat in between calls. That’s when Dave’s Pretty Good Firehouse Salsa was born. It’s a recipe that was developed and tested in the firehouse. Firefighters have helped throughout the entire process of creating, tasting, and mastering this recipe. Now it’s time to share it with you.
We have 3 variations of heat. The hot is called the “Captain”, the medium is the “Engineer” and the mild is known as the “Firefighter”. Our next goal is to expand our salsa business by inventing new salsas using new and exciting ingredients.
